We are not the seller
This is an independent guide. The Swiss Travel Pass is issued and sold by others, not by us. We do not sell passes, take payment, issue vouchers, or provide customer support for them.
Every purchase is a contract between you and the seller you bought from, on their terms. Refunds, cancellations, activation problems, a code that will not redeem, a pass that was not accepted at a barrier — all of that is between you and the seller. We have no ability to look up, alter or refund an order.
Accuracy, and its limits
We check figures against the seller's and the operators' own listings and date the pages accordingly, but the information here is provided as it stands, without warranty. Fares change, mountains join and leave the coverage list, timetables move with the season, and railways close for maintenance without notice.
Before committing money or a day of your trip to a particular journey or mountain, confirm the detail with that operator or with the seller. Where a page marks a figure as an estimate, treat it as one.
The calculator is a planning aid. It works out arithmetic from the fares we hold and the journeys you tick — nothing more. It cannot know whether you will actually get to everything you selected, and it is not a prediction of what your trip will cost.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on this site — including a pass that turned out not to suit your trip, a railway that was shut, or a fare that had changed. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud.
