Worth knowing before you write
A price or a fact here is wrong
Please tell us — this is the most useful message we get. A link to the operator or seller page showing the correct figure means we can fix it the same day.
You have already bought a pass
Contact the seller you bought from, not us. We do not sell passes and have no access to orders, so we cannot look yours up, change it or refund it.
Your pass will not start
That is the seller you bought from. Start with the confirmation email from your purchase — it has the support route on it. Our activation page covers how a pass actually starts, including what you have to do yourself on a Flexi travel day, and how to use it covers the rest.
You run a railway, a cable car or a museum
If we have described what you run wrongly, or listed the wrong fare, write in and we will correct it. We do not sell placement, so there is nothing to buy.
Which pass should I get?
The calculator on the home page will answer this faster than we can — tick your actual itinerary and it does the arithmetic, including telling you when the pass is not worth buying. Compare passes sets the six out side by side.
Advertising and link requests
We do not sell links, sponsored posts or placement in the coverage lists. Messages offering to buy them will not get a reply.
